百令胶囊对脊柱结核术后血沉和C-反应蛋白水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊对脊柱结核术后患者血沉、C-反应蛋白水平的影响,并观察其临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月~2013年3月河南省中医院骨科收治的脊柱结核术后患者62例,采取随机数字表法分为2组,其中对照组31例,给予四联抗结核常规治疗,为期12个月;实验组31例,在常规治疗基础上加用百令胶囊,3g/次,1天3次口服,3个月为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程。观察2组患者治疗后血沉恢复情况、C-反应蛋白水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组血沉恢复时间为(1.30±0.52)月,明显短于对照组的(2.68±0.61)月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者C-反应蛋白均得到明显改善,且实验组(8.22±2.12)mg/L较对照组(15.34±3.72)mg/L明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组临床疗效(93.55%)明显优于对照组(83.87%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服用百令胶囊能够明显改善脊柱结核术后患者病情,对临床具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the effects of Bailin capsule on ESR and C-reactive protein level in spinal tuberculosis patients,and to observe its clinical effect. Methods 62 cases with orthopedics of postoperative spinal tuberculosis collected in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jar. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method. 31 cases in control group were received routine treatment of tetragenous therapy of anti-tuberculosis,for a period of 12 months;31 cases in experimental group were added Bailing capsule,3 g /times,3 times a day,3 months for a course,4 courses of treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate recovery,Creactive protein level and the clinical curative effect before and after treatment in the 2 groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,ESR recovery time in experimental group was(1. 30 ± 0. 52)months,significantly shorter than(2. 68 ± 0. 61)months in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). C- reactive protein in 2 groups after treatment were all improved,and it was(8. 22 ± 2. 12) mg /L in experimental group,which significantly lower than( 15. 34 ± 3. 72) mg /L in control group( P < 0. 05). Clinical efficacy in experimental group was 93. 55%,significantly higher than 83. 87% in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Bailing capsule could obviously improve the conditions of postoperative patients,which can be used guiding clinical application.
