摘  要:目的探讨干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis C,CHC)的临床疗效及对肝功能和肝纤维化指标的影响。方法将滨州市人民医院2011年3月~2012年3月收治的88例CHC患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组44例。对照组单用干扰素治疗,观察组采用干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗,比较治疗后2组临床疗效和治疗前后2组肝功能和肝纤维化指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的68.18%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ALT和AST分别为(70.24±7.94)U/L和(79.45±9.72)U/L,HA、PCⅢ、CⅣ和LN分别为(76.87±10.32)μg/L、(79.45±9.72)μg/L、(79.76±8.00)μg/L和(118.41±16.97)μg/L,均明显高于治疗前和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者肝功能,具有较好的抗纤维化作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of interferon and ribavirin in treatment of chronic hepatitis C(CHC)and its impact on liver function and liver fibrosis indexes. Methods 88 cases of CHC patients admitted in Binzhou People's Hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,each had 44 cases. Control group were treated with interferon alone while observation group were treated with interferon and ribavirin. Clinical efficient,liver function and changes of liver fibrosis indexes were detected and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90. 91%,which was significantly higher than 68. 18% of control group(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the ALT and AST were(70. 24 ± 7. 94) U /L and(79. 45 ± 9. 72) U /L,HA,PC Ⅲ,C Ⅳ and LN were(76. 87 ± 10. 32) μg /L,(79. 45 ± 9. 72) μg /L,(79. 76 ±8. 00)μg /L and(118. 41 ± 16. 97)μg /L in observation group,which were all significantly higher than before treatment and control group,the differences were all statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Interferon and ribavirin has a significant effect in treatment of chronic hepatitis C,it could significantly improve patients' liver function and has a good anti-fibrosis function.
