摘 要:Fe2O3是一种适合高炉生产的煤粉助燃剂,采用热重-差热分析其助燃机理,表明FeCO-R削弱了碳结构单元间的桥键结合力以及晶格结构改变,使煤粉活化能降低,加速燃烧。通过模拟高炉风口的燃烧条件并收集未燃煤粉,采用XRD和SEM检测方法研究表明:随着助燃剂Fe2O3的加入,未燃煤粉的微晶参数增大,芳香片层的堆砌高度升高0.001 1 nm,层片直径增大0.001 2 nm;Fe2O3使未燃煤粉颗粒的平均粒径减小3.48μm,外观形貌变得不规则。Fe2O3is a kind of pulverized coal combustion improver suitable for blast furnace. TG-DSC analysis is employed to study the combustion mechanism,and the result shows that FeCO-R weakens bridged bond of carbon structural units and changes crystal structures,resulting in lowered activation energy of the pulverized coal and accelerated combustion. Combustion conditions of the blast furnace are simulated,and then unburned coal are collected and analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that with the addition of the combustion improver Fe2O3,microcrystal parameters of the unburned coal increase,and height and diameter of aromatic lamella increase by 0. 001 1 nm and 0. 001 2 nm respectively; particles size of the unburned coal powder decreases by 3. 48 μm with irregular morphological appearances.
