临床护理路径在胃肠道间质瘤手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal umor,GIST)手术患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我科从2009年1月至2012年7月收治的100例GIST手术患者,分为临床路径组(50例)和传统护理组(50例)。制定GIST临床护理路径,临床路径组采用GIST临床护理路径专业护理,传统组采用常规护理方法。观察比较两组患者在平均住院时间、住院费用、医疗护理质量评估等多个方面的情况。结果两组患者在年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、原发或复发、合并基础疾病方面无显著性差异。临床路径组患者平均住院时间为(11.12±1.08)d,显著低于传统处理组(14.35±2.45)d,差异有统计学意义;临床路径组患者住院费用显著低于传统护理组(P<0.01)。临床路径组患者满意度及健康教育达标率方面显著高于传统护理组。结论临床护理路径应用于GIST手术患者,可有效缩短患者住院日、降低住院费用,提高临床护理质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To Investigate the clinical outcomes of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) for patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Methods Clinical data of 100 GIST patients receiving surgical treatment from January 2010 to February 2013 in our department were retrospectively analyzed. GIST clinical nursing pathway was established firstly. The patients were divided into two groups, CNP group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), which received specialized nursing and traditional nursing respectively. The average hospital stay , hospitalization expenses , medical and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in age , gender, tumor location, primary or recurrent tumors , coexistent diseases between the two groups. The average hospital stay was (11.12±1.08)d in the CNP group, significantly shorter than (14.35±2.45)d in the traditional nursing group. The average hospitalization expenses in the CNP group was significantly lower that in the control group. Compared with the traditional nursing group , the patient satisfaction and standard-reaching rate of health education were significantly improved in the CNP group. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway for GIST patients can decrease the hospital stay and hospitalization expenses , and improve the clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
