摘　　要：上海伤残重建服务处是民国时期出现的早期残疾人康复服务机构之一。它秉承康复就业的服务理念,试图通过对残疾人身体、职业两方面的重建,帮助残疾人实现自食其力。虽然在当时综合社会背景的制约下难以有大的作为,无法帮助残疾人真正摆脱生存与发展困境,但作为残疾人康复服务机构的雏形,无论在机构的建设还是服务方式等方面都具有一定的积极意义。Shanghai disabled recovery center was one of the earliest disabled recovery centers established in Republic Period in China. It inherited the idea of rehabilitation and employment. It helped the disabled support themselves by trying to reconstruct their bodies and occupations. As the embryo of the disabled recovery centers, its historical path will give us helpful references and experiences. However, its work only could help few disabled people to change their lives;most of the disabled people at that time couldn’t get rid of living and developing troubles due to the complicated social and historical background. But this recovery center could inspire the present rehabilitation service in terms of institute construction and service method.
