摘 要:通过对2132名10~25岁的残疾青少年的调查,结果发现我国残疾青少年的心理康复需求很大,当前残疾青少年心理康复服务存在巨大缺口。客观社会支持度和主观社会支持度较低的残疾青少年,对心理辅导的需求更大,学校心理辅导是残疾青少年首选的获得心理辅导途径,其次是社区(村)或基层残联服务机构。残疾青少年对心理辅导的具体需求主要集中在提高自信、帮助自己解决学业或就业中遇到的问题和增强生活适应能力这三个方面。The purpose of this study was to investigate the demand for psychological counseling of disabled adolescent, examine affecting factors and then find out the approaches for them to receive psychological counseling, and compare the differences among different types of disability. Through the survey of 2,132 disabled adolescents aged from 10 to 25 in secondary vocational school, the authors found out that the demand of counseling was huge, and there was a huge gap between demand and reality. Those who had lower objective and subjective social support needed more counseling, while life satisfaction couldn’t affect the demand of counseling. For this group, school psychological counseling was the most popular way to receive the counseling, followed by community (village) or basic service system of Disabled Federation. Survey results showed that the demand of counseling focused on improving self-confidence, solving academic or employment problems, and enhancing their living ability.
