残疾青年心理健康状况分析*--基于广州市的调查

摘　　要：通过对1054位残疾青年进行调查研究,发现相当一部分残疾青年存在较严重的心理健康问题,年龄、主观支持总分、支持利用度、残疾类型、生活自理情况、身体状况、职业、主要生活来源是影响残疾青年心理健康状况的主要因素,导致他们心理健康问题的原因以及缓解途径,应该从社会、家庭和个人三方面来思考。建议在社会层面建立专家协助支持机制和社区辅助支持系统;在家庭层面建立家庭支持系统;协助残疾青年建立个体心理调节机制。Through the survey of 1,054 young people with disabilities, this study found out that young people with disabilities have more serious mental health problems. Age, subjective social support score, supports using, the type of disability, daily living situation, physical condition and occupation are the main source of the main factors affecting young people with disabilities mental health, to solve metal health problems, efforts should be made through society, families and individuals. This paper recommends experts to assist to establish social support mechanisms and community auxiliary support systems;establish a family support system as well as create individual psychological adjustment mechanism, in order to assist young people with disabilities.
