摘　　要：基于2007年～2010年全国残疾人监测数据,本研究估算我国残疾人口2007年～2010年预期寿命,在此基础上探讨我国残疾人退休年龄政策。本研究通过残疾人口预期寿命与法定退休年龄比较发现,除了视力、听力残疾人群外,其他人群的退休金领取时长都小于10年。研究表明残疾人口使用现行的退休年龄政策退休金领取时长较短,没有享受到残疾人应有的权利。因此,残疾人口执行现行退休年龄政策有失公平,并根据本文的假设和测算,提出了我国残疾人退休年龄的建议。Based on data from 2007-2010 national disabled monitoring survey in China, this paper estimated life expectancy of people with disabilities from 2007 to 2010 and then explored the retirement age policy. By comparing their life expectancies with the statutory retirement age, this paper found out that pension drawing years for people with disabilities were less than 10 years, except for those with sight and hearing disabilities. It showed that the current retirement policy is unfair to persons with disabilities. According to supposition and calculation raised by this paper, it proposed suggestions on retirement age policy for the disabled.
