摘　　要：本文通过对国外残疾人康复立法的发展历程、康复法律的基本框架和内容、立法的特点与发展趋势的分析和研究,汲取国际上先进的立法经验,参考其立法特色,对我国残疾人康复立法工作提出建议,为相关法律的制定提供有益的借鉴,促进残疾人康复事业的发展,推动保障残疾人权利的法律体系进一步完善。This paper analyzed and researched the development process of the legislation on overseas rehabilitation of the disabled, the basic framework of the rehabilitation law, the content and legislative trends. It learned from international advanced legislative experience, legislative characteristics of the overseas rehabilitation of the disabled law. Then it presented recommendations for the disabled in China’s rehabilitation legislation, and provided useful experience for China. It could promote the development of the cause of rehabilitation of disabled persons in China and push the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the further improvement of the legal system.
