摘　　要：开展职业康复工作是帮助残疾人实现就业,促进残疾人社会参与的重要途径。本文回顾了发达国家和我国职业康复的产生发展,对职业康复制度的形成和演进过程进行了总结。在对我国职业康复不能有效促进残疾人就业的原因进行分析之后,提出三方面建议:推进康复机构中的职业康复工作、修订职业康复流程以及完善职业康复的制度保障。Vocational rehabilitation is the main channel of people with disabilities obtaining or maintaining jobs and participating in social life. This article reviewed the emergence and development of vocational rehabilitation in developed countries and China, and the formation and evolution of vocational rehabilitation system were summarized. It also analyzed the reasons why employment of the disabled couldn’t be promoted through vocational rehabilitation. Three suggestions were given:promoting vocational rehabilitation in rehabilitation facilities, amending the flow chart of vocational rehabilitation, and improving the legal policy of vocational rehabilitation.
