摘　　要：本文在回顾国际和我国社区服务发展历程及社区服务概念演变的基础上,结合我国残疾人状况和社区工作实际,对在当前加强和创新社区服务的形势下,将残疾人各项服务纳入之中的可行性、残疾人社区服务的内容和路径进行思考,提出将残疾人各项服务融入社区服务发展大局、加强残疾人社区服务能力建设、突出残疾人社区服务的公益性与福利性、重视残疾人群体中更为脆弱群体的服务和加强残疾人社区服务领域的研究等建议。Based on domestic community services,this paper discussed issues such as how to integrate special services for persons with disabilities into community general services,through reviewing national and international history of community development.It proposed suggestions such as concerning possibilities and access of integrating services for them into general community services,emphasizing the public and welfare of services,considering them as vulnerable groups and enhancing services and research in the fields of community services,etc.
