酸催化蔗糖水解反应机理的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了酸对蔗糖水解反应速度的影响规律，确定了酸催化蔗糖水解反应机理，并求得有关动力学参数。实验结果表明：蔗糖水解反应速率随［ Ｈ＋ ］增大而增加，在［ Ｈ＋ ］＜ １．０ｍ ｏｌ／ｄｍ ３时，速率常数ｋｏｃ［ Ｈ＋ ］１．０，［ Ｈ＋ ］＞ １．０ｍ ｏｌ／ｄｍ ３，ｋｏｃ［ Ｈ＋ ］１．The paper studied influence of acid on the reaction of sugar hydrolysis. The apparent activation energy and activation entropy was determinated. The results showed that the rate constant of hydrolysis increased with increasing [H +].
