抗黑胫病烟草种质资源的田间筛选

摘　　要：为研究烟草种质的抗病性,利用有病连作烟田作病圃安排田间试验,待发病后进行病害调查,据抗性划分标准确定供试品种和种质资源抗病性。结果表明(表2),黑胫病的盛发期多在5月下旬至6月下旬或6月上旬至7月上旬。供试材料中,K326和NC2514两份为抗病品种,筑波1号、Islangold,CV78-5、密叶尖、金星6007、大红星、晋太7615、CV78-4、乌江1号、CV16-2、大柳叶2014、落地黄和Daris Special为中抗品种,中感品种有Q1236:Hicks Q46、长把黄光板和红大,感病品种为许金7号、柳叶尖和Black Shank Resistant。各鉴定品种抗、感病间差异极显著(P<0.01)。抗病品种K326和NC2514,中抗品种筑波1号、Islangold、CV78-5、密叶尖、金星6007、大红星、晋太7615可用做抗病育种。To screen tobacco germplsm with resistance to blank shank disease,twenty-two varieties were evaluated in field under natural condition.The results indicated that the resistance was significant between varieties.Among all the variety resources,K326 and NC2514 were the disease-resistant varieties.61.90% of varieties,including Zhubo 1,Islangold,CV78-5,Miyejian,Jinxing 6007,Dahongxing,Jintai 7615,CV78-4,Wujiang 1,CV16-2,Daliuye 2014,Luodihuang and Daris Special,were mid-resistant.Middle susceptible variety including Q1236: Hicks Q46,Changbahuangguangban and Hongda.Susceptible varieties of Xujin 7,Liuyejian and Black Shank Resistant took up to 14.29% in all the tested varieties.The resistant varieties of NC2514,Zhubo 1,Islangold,CV78-5,Miyejian,Jinxing 6007,Dahongxing,Jintai 7615 could be adopted as resistant breeding resource.
