构建当代大学生诚信管理机制的若干思考

摘　　要：大学生的诚信状况如何在一定程度上关系到中华民族的未来。当代大学生诚信状况,主流是积极向上的,但确实也存在着考试作弊、拖欠助学贷款等不诚信现象。要改善大学生诚信状况,有效途径是构建一套完善的大学生诚信管理机制。基于和谐理论,可以将大学生诚信管理机制构建成一个具有"理性设计与优化"以及"环境诱导下的自主演化"两种作用的机制,通过该机制的建立,从制度上规范大学生的诚信行为,使大学生诚信水平得以持续改进。There are more than 20 million university students on campuses in our country nowadays,and their honesty more or less is of vital importance to the future of the Chinese nation.In general,the students’ honesty is positive,however,some problems as cheating on examinations,defaults of loans,etc.exist on the campuses.In order to improve their consciousness of honesty,it is necessary to construct a set of university students’ honesty management mechanisms.Based on the harmonious concept,a university students’ honesty mechanism of management with the 'mechanism-order' and the 'environmental inducement' should be built up with which the students’ behavior will be greatly improved and their consciousness of honesty will be firmly developed.
