摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育的成功与否直接关系着高等教育最高层次人才的培养质量,研究生思想政治教育的核心是"培养什么样的人"和"怎样培养人"的问题。针对当前我国研究生思想政治教育的现状,结合我校的具体实践,对校院二级党政、研究生导师、研究生日常管理和渗透到研究生自主科技创新活动等模块中的研究生思想政治教育模式进行了探索。The success of ideology and politics education of graduates depends on the quality of cultivating the graduates.The essence of graduates ideology and politics education is to cultivate what kind of students and how to cultivate them.In view of the status quo of the graduate ideology and politics education in China and the practice of our school,this study explores the model of the graduate ideology and politics education together with different modules,including the two-level(university and school) administration mode,the supervisor responsibility system,the graduate regular management and the graduate independent scientific and technological innovation activities.
