摘　　要：本文对21世纪以来美国高等教育体系的跨学科研究活动和跨学科战略趋势进行了详细阐述,总结了跨学科战略的基本特征,以及由跨学科战略引发的高等教育学术组织形式的变革,研究指出高等教育体系的跨学科变革趋势会持续进行,将对高等教育组织的价值观、未来使命和长期绩效产生重要影响。The paper has illustrated the trend of American higher education system transformation based on their interdisciplinary activities and strategies since 21st century.It sums up the basic features of interdisciplinary strategies and the change of the higher education academic organization.It points out that the transformation of higher education system will keep going,which will make a remarkably impact on their value,future mission and long performance of higher education institutions.
