浙江省自然科学基础研究的现状和问题探讨

摘　　要：基础研究是一个地区、一个国家未来经济发展的重要支撑和源泉,它的发展水平直接反映了一个地区或国家的科学实力和知识基础,对科技竞争力的提高有着至关重要的影响。通过近几年浙江省和国内其他几个主要省市在基础研究投入、研究设施、研究人才、研究成果等方面的对比分析,探讨浙江省基础研究领域存在的差距和问题,并据此提出了一些相应的对策建议。The basic research is the important support and the source of the future development of a region or a country whose level directly reflects the research and knowledge innovation capability of an area or a country,which is crucial to the improvement of its technical competitive power.This article presents the basic research status of Zhejiang province compared with several other main regions and provinces,finding that there exist some problems in the basic research of Zhejiang province,and putting forward some suggestions aiming at solving these problems,which hopefully promotes the economic development of Zhejiang province.
