摘　　要：作为英国现代文学史上最重要的作家和英美意识流小说家的杰出代表,乔伊斯和伍尔夫有着太多的相似之处。两位意识流大师不仅生卒年相同,成长经历、创作背景相似,而且在小说创作中有着惊人的相似之处。本文从双性同体的视角来比较他们在刻画双性同体形象的异同。As the most outstanding writers in the history of modern literature and the most prominent representatives of stream-of-consciousness novelists,Joyce and Woolf share many things in common.They were born and died in the same year,sharing the same life experiences and writing background,and both of their works show great similarities to each other's.This paper tries to probe into the differences and similarities of the androgynous images they created by analyzing the representative works of the two writers.
