摘　　要：伴随我国经济转轨和社会转型的深入进展,农民工群体以八十年代后的新生代农民工为标志,正呈现出新的分化。本文分析了农民工群体存在的就业心理代际差异以及就业趋势,进而试图寻找促进农民工合理就业的有效途径。The migrant rural-worker group mainly born after 1980s shows a new differentiation with the progress of the economy switch and the society reforming of our country. The author analyzed the intergeneration differences of the migrant rural workers in their employment and the trend of their employment with the hope of finding an effective way to make the migrant rural workers employed properly.
