摘　　要：高等学校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,应为学校的教学和科研提供优质的文献保障。文章首先阐述了转型期读者文献需求的新特点,接着对我校图书馆文献资源建设中文献总量偏少、文献结构不合理、文献采访模式老化等问题进行了分析,最后提出了提高文献保障能力的六点对策:争取经费保障;调整和制定新的采访方针;完善文献数量;优化文献质量;协调文献建设中的几组关系;加强采访队伍建设。The university library is the documentary information centre of a university .It should provide documentary guarantee for teaching and scientific research in university. The paper firstly illustrates the new features of documents which the university teachers and students need in the current situation, and then analyzes the existing problems in the construction of documents of the library. Finally, it puts forward six strategies: getting funds guarantee; adjusting and formulating new collecting policy; perfecting document quantity; optimizing document quality; coordinating several relations in the construction of documents and strengthening the construction of librarian's team.
