摘　　要：21世纪,企业、地区、国家之间的竞争核心是人才竞争,即21世纪教育要解决的最重要问题是如何培养和造就大批具有创造力人才,尤其是各类高级人才。作为未来社会接班人,大学生创新意识、创新精神和创新能力却不容乐观,令人担忧。本文从教育理念、教学过程、学术氛围、教学实践和教学管理等层面,结合东西方差异就大学生创新能力低下的原因进行详细分析,进而提出相应对策提升学生创新意识和创新能力。In 21st century, the key competition among enterprises, regions and countries lies in human beings. The problem faced by 21st education is how to develop a large number of students with creativity. However, the innovative consciousness and innovative ability of our college students are poor. The article is designed to throw some light on its reasons in terms of education idea, teaching process, academic environment, teaching practice and teaching management so as to find some ways to improve their innovative ability.
