摘　　要：货币价值是对商品经济信用关系的替代。商品经济发展和社会信用体系的完善,使无价值的纸币独立成为新型货币。随着货币形式的发展,需要重新认识和表述货币流通规律。The monetary value is the substitution of the commodity economy credit relations. The commodity economy development and the social credit system consummation make the insignificant paper money to become the new independent currency. With the development of the monetary form, the law of money circulation needs to be reinterpreted.
