摘　　要：本文研究了美国政府参与、扶持创业投资行业发展的主要政策措施,在此基础上总结了政府扶持创业投资行业的若干理论问题。The article explores the policies and measures of the US government that participates in and supports VC industry, analyzes the financial performance of the SBIC Program in the US and advances and discusses a couple of theoretical issues between the government and the VC industry.
