区域金融失衡的政策性因素分析

摘　　要：随着中国区域经济的非均衡发展,区域金融失衡现象日益突出。金融政策的全国统一性是区域金融非均衡配置的主要原因之一,主要表现在统一的货币政策调控方向、统一的利率政策、统一的法定存款准备金率、统一的市场准入制度、统一的公开市场操作、统一的金融监管六个方面。实行区域性金融政策是解决区域金融失衡问题的关键。Along with China’s unbalanced development in regional economy,the unbalanced phenomenon in the region finance is becoming increasingly prominent day by day.National unification of the financial policy is one of the primary causes.This is mainly displayed in six aspects:the unified monetary policy regulation direction,the unified interest rate policy,the unified legal bank reserve against deposits rate,the unified market access system,the unified open market operation,the unified finance supervises and manages.The key of the easing question lies in the implements of the regional financial policy.
