摘　　要：便衣侦查是一种打击公共场所高发犯罪的特定侦查工作模式,目前中国便衣侦查还没有统一的模式。便衣侦查凸显了侦查主动性,依托于情报信息研判,同时其行为具有合法性。在工作中要注意便衣民警职责的定位、执法规范程序的遵守、警械枪支的规范使用和区域协作机制的完善。便衣侦查工作的开展要最大限度延伸触角以获取有价值线索,强化情报信息研判能力以提升精确性,强化案件串并意识和深挖犯罪意识。Plainclothes detection is known as a detection model for cracking down on of high frequent criminal activities in public places.There is no unified models for plainclothes detection,which represents a specific investigation mode for cracking down on criminal activities in public places in China.Plainclothes detection bases itself on judgment of intelligence information,highlighting its initiatives and legality.Accordingly,attention should be paid to the positioning of plainclothes police's responsibilities,compliance with procedures for standardizing law enforcement,standard use of police weapons and the improvement of regional cooperation mechanism.The plainclothes detection calls for the most possible extension of detection range so as to acquire valuable detection clues.The competence for judgment of intelligence information should be built up so as to improve detection accuracy,and promote cases combination and crimes excavating awareness.
