摘　　要：指导员的能力直接关系着学生的成长成才。加强指导员能力建设是公安院校迫切需要解决的一个重大的理论和实践课题。公安院校要根据指导员的角色定位和警务化管理的具体要求,从服务能力、业务能力、交往能力、表达能力、科研能力等方面,加强指导员能力建设。Police instructors' ability is directly related to the growth and development of students.The promotion of ability construction of police instructors represents a key theoretical and practical subject that urgently needs to be solved in police academies.In light of role orientation of police instructors and specific requirements for the policing management,emphasis should be placed on ability construction of police instructors in terms of service ability,professional ability,interpersonal skills,presentation skills and scientific research capability.
