摘　　要：社区警务是公安机关的基础性工作。推进社区警务工作对打击与预防犯罪、维护社会稳定、和谐警民关系有着重要的意义。当前社区警务工作存在着基层基础工作被削弱,社区警力不足,防控体系薄弱,机制不健全的问题,要贯彻社区警务工作的基本理念,明晰工作思路、工作措施和工作机制。The promotion of community policing service is of great significance for cracking down and preventing criminal activities,maintaining social stability and harmonizing the relationships between the police and the public.The present community policing service still witnesses weak grass-roots work,inadequate police force,ineffective prevention and control system,defective mechanism,etc.Accordingly,efforts should be made to implement the basic concept of policing operations,clarify service thought and improve concrete working measures and mechanism.
