摘　　要：西部民族地区毒品犯罪呈现出外流人口毒品犯罪活动异常猖獗、特殊人群参与贩毒活动日益突出、非法种植毒品原植物形势严峻、毒品市场需求日趋稳定等基本态势,巨额利润的驱使、致罪因素的影响、禁毒体制缺乏针对性和禁毒教育缺乏实效性则是毒品犯罪的诱因。The drug-related crimes in the ethnic areas in western China presents the following basic trends: Rampant drug-related crimes on the part of migrant population,increasingly prominent drug trafficking the special population group participated in,serious situation of illegal cultivation of mother drug plants and increasingly stable market demand for drugs.Drug-related crimes are attributed to the drive of fat profit,influence of criminal factors,lack of pertinence in mechanism for drug control,and absence of effectiveness in anti-drug education.
