摘　　要：张鸣凤在明代文坛上与后七子中王世贞、吴国伦齐名,然其暮年辞官归里,深居桂林,偏隅一方,与主流文坛京师相距甚远,使其诗名渐为人所淡忘。张鸣凤诗歌作品大部分散佚,亦使后世对其研究甚少。在现存文献基础上研究张鸣凤生平、分析其著述情况,从而知其在广西古代文史中的地位及影响。Zhang Ming-feng enjoys a reputation practically equal to that of Wang Shi-zhen and Wu Guo-lun,two members of 'Hou Qi Zi',also known as 'the Post Seven Poets',which was the school of scholars in the literary world of Ming Dynasty.Zhang Ming-feng resigned and returned to his homeland Guilin,which was far apart from Beijing,the capital of China,his poems being gradually forgotten,scattered and lost with little research conducted on them.Accordingly,based on the existing literatures,the article takes up studies on Zhang Ming-feng's life and writings in an effort to be knowledgeable of his position and influence in Guangxi's ancient literature and history.
