摘　　要：制备石蜡切片和超薄切片 ,通过光镜和电镜观察 ,发现蝎毒腺的腺上皮为单层柱状上皮。电镜下可见细胞游离端分布有九种颗粒。通过分析确定蝎毒腺上皮的分泌方式为顶浆分泌。Prepared a paraffin wax section and an ultra-thin section, we can see, by optical microscope and electron microscope, that the epithelial tissue of the scorpion's poison gland is single and columnar. Under electron microscope, we can see nine categories are granular packer by film in the free side of the cells. By analysis, we make sure that the way of the cell secretion of the poison gland of the scorpion is apocrine secretion.
