土壤添加剂防治柑桔慢衰线虫病的研究

摘　　要：用土壤添加剂在网室和田间对柑桔慢衰线虫病 (Tylenchulussemipenetrans)的防效和植株生长及产量的影响进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,网室盆栽防效为 82 5 % ,株高和植株鲜重较对照分别增加 81 0 %和 15 2 6% ;田间防效为 75 2 % ,株年均抽梢量和单株平均产量分别增加80 4%和 5 0 6% 。A study was carried out to investigate the effect of soil additives on control of citrus nematodes( Tylenchulus semipenetrans )as well as on citrus plant growth and yield growing in netting house and on field.The results showed that when soil additives were applied on potted plants in netting house,They could control nematodes by 82 5%,increase plant height by 81 5% and plant fresh weight by 152 6%.Meanwhile,when applied on field,soil additives could control the disease by 75 2%,increase average annual plant growth by 80 4%,raise yield by 50 6% and signficantly increase the quantity of major natural enemies such as nematodes and fungus in soil.
