摘　　要：本文从美国残疾人辅助技术的定义出发,介绍了美国残疾人辅助技术法律法规的发展,分析了美国残疾人辅助技术的法律法规体系和特点,最后提出对我国残疾人相关技术法律法规制定的建议。Starting from the definition of assistive technology for people with disabilities,this article introduces the development of assistive technology law and regulation in America;analysis characteristics of the legal system of American assistive technology;finally,gives out recommendations to the development of the technologies for people with disabilities in china.
