摘 要:GHSR基因编码促生长激素分泌素受体,被认为是生长性状的候选基因,但其在家兔上的研究甚少。本试验采用PCR产物直接测序法寻找GHSR基因遗传变异,应用HRM分型技术对新西兰兔、加利福尼亚兔和天府黑兔3个肉兔品种共176个个体进行基因型分析。结果表明:在GHSR基因外显子2中存在一个SNP多态位点,位于编码区918bp处(c.918C>T),该SNP为同义突变。c.918C和c.918T在3个品种中平均基因频率分别为0.704 5和0.295 5,3种基因型CC、CT和TT的频率分别为0.557、0.295和0.148。该位点在3个兔群体中均表现为中度多态(0.25<PIC<0.50),具有较大的选择潜力。GHSR gene encode the receptor of growth hormone secretagogue(GHS),was widely used as a candidate gene of growth trait,while its potential role in domestic rabbits has not been intensively investigated.In this study,the SNP loci of GHSR Gene in exon 2(c.918C>T) was identified by direct sequencing of PCR production.Total 176 samples from New Zealand rabbits,California rabbits,Tianfu black rabbits were genotyping by HRM technology.The results showed the average frequencies of c.918C and c.918T were re spectively 0.704 5 and 0.295 5.The frequencies of CC、CT and TT genotypes were 0.557,0.295 and 0.148.The polymorphism of c.918C>T in three rabbits showed moderate polymorphism(0.25<PIC<0.50).
