瑞香狼毒涂搽剂治疗獭兔皮肤真菌病的临床试验研究

摘　　要：选择自然感染皮肤真菌1～2月龄獭兔2 384只,采用双盲法设计,设3个组:阳性对照组(盐酸特比萘酚)60只、阴性对照组60只、治疗组(20%的瑞香狼毒涂搽剂)2 264只,探索和确证瑞香狼毒涂搽剂的安全性、有效性及主要药动参数。结果显示:瑞香狼毒涂搽剂(受试药)和盐酸特比萘酚(阳性对照药)治愈率分别为92.32%与69.71%,未见明显不良反应。瑞香狼毒涂搽剂优于盐酸特比萘酚(P>0.05);治疗组、阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较,其有效率、痊愈率均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。2384 Rex rabbits(1-2 months old,with natural skin fungal infection) were selected,and divided into 3 groups with double blind method to explore and confirm security,validity,and the main pharmacokinetic parameters of Stellera chamaejasme liniment agent.Positive control group(Terbinafine hydrochloride phenol) 60,negative control group 60,treatment group(20% Stellera chamaejasme liniment agent) 2264.The results showed that the curative rates of Stellera chamaejasme liniment agent group and Terbinafine hydrochloride phenol group were 92.32% and 69.71% respectively,no obviously adverse reactions.Stellera chamaejasme liniment agent was better than Terbinafine hydrochloride phenol(P> 0.05).The effective and curative rates of the treatment group and the positive control group was significant better than the negative group(P <0.01).
