摘　　要：建立以公有制为基础的现代企业制度是企业发展的长远目标。中国三峡总公司从一开始就要按照现代企业制度的要求从事经营活动，建立与国际惯例接轨的工程建设管理体制。强化企业内部管理改革，完善企业组织管理制度是当务之急。对决策系统进行分析，以达到决策科学化、民主化、规范化的要求。It is a long - term target for enterprise developent to set a modern enterprise system based on thepublic ownership. China Changjiang Three Gorges Project Development Corperation should go into itsmanagement operations in accordance with the standards for a modern enterprise system and set amanagement systen in line sith international practices from the very beginning of engineering construction.It is an urgent matter to stren.gthen the inner management reform in an enterprise and perfect themanagement system of its organizations. The standards of decision such as scientize, democratization andstandardization would be obtained by analysis based on decision system.
