摘　　要：介绍了沙沱水电站发电机定子定位筋安装、调整、焊接的过程,重点介绍了在厂家安装工艺基础上采取了灵活、多样的施工方法,调整施工工艺,保证了定位筋的安装质量,并根据现场实际经验解决了施工过程中的一些难题。This paper mainly introduces the Shatuo hydropower station generator stator bar installation, adjustment, welding process, and highlights the flexible and diverse construction method based on original process. Meanwhile the construction process is adjusted to ensure the installation quality of positioning ribs, and according to the practical experience, some problems in the construction process are solved.
