摘 要:GIS组合电器由于具有占地面积小、安装快捷、运行可靠性高、检修周期长、维护工作量小等特点,被广泛地应用在各电压等级的电厂开关站和变电站工程中。论文以乌江沙沱水电站220kV开关站工程为例,对GIS安装中关键工序的施工方法、工艺要求、质量过程控制、施工方案优化和工装设计应用以及现场耐压试验等进行归纳总结,为以后电厂开关站和变电站建设工程中GIS组合电器的安装积累经验,并提供参考与借鉴。Because the GIS compound electrical apparatus have the following characters: occupying small floor area, easily assembling, reliable operation, comparatively longer maintenance frequency and small workload from maintenance, so it is widely applied to switch yard and substation in power station with various voltages. This paper takes 220kV switch yard in Wu Shajiang Sha Tuo Hydroelectric Project as an example and summarized the construction method, requirements of workmanship, quality control, construction method optimizing, appliance and design of construction design and appliance, site pressure test and so on for the critical stages of GIS installation. Then this summarized information, during the switch yard and substation construction in the future, shall be useful as reference and experience in its GIS compound electrical apparatus installation.
