摘　　要：介绍沙沱水电站发电机弹性油箱高度超差造成机组轴线倾斜以及推力头水平超标,从而导致转子空气间隙和上下迷宫环间隙分布不均,对机组的稳定运行带来一定隐患。文章从发现问题、分析问题、解决问题三个角度对机电安装施工过程中出现的这一现象进行了阐述和解析。This paper introduces the unit axis tilt and thrust levels exceed the standard out of limits caused by generator elastic tank height difference in Shatuo hydropower station, resulting in rotor air gap and the labyrinth ring gap uneven distribution and hidden trouble exists in stable operation of the unit. Mainly from three aspects of discovery, analysis and problem solving, this article analyzes the phenomenon in the process of mechanical and electrical installation.
