夏热冬冷地区既有建筑节能优化改造技术研究

摘　　要：随着国家对建筑节能的重视和夏热冬冷地区城市改造的深入推进,既有建筑的节能改造已被提到议事日程。针对一般既有建筑的实际情况提出节能优化改造方法,并以夏热冬冷地区典型既有建筑为对象进行分析,为夏热冬冷地区城市发展中既有建筑的节能综合改造提出一些优化思路。Along with the national recognition about the architectural energy efficiency and the impellent rebuilding of the area of hot summer and cold winter,the rebuilding of the existing architecture was broughtiup.The optimization methods for the energy efficiency rebuilding of the ordinary existing architectures proposed,Typical case of the area of hot summer and cold winter was analysed and some optimization thought about the energy efficiency rebuilding for the existing architectures in the area of hot summer and cold winter was also got.
