摘　　要：以唐山万达广场项目为例,分析了由此类项目运作管理模式所带来的在设计周期,技术方案,沟通流程等方面的特点、难点问题,提出了设计全过程的管理中应重点关注的问题和解决措施。Taking the project of Tangshan Wanda plaza for example,it was analyzed the characters and difficulties of design period,technical scheme and negotiation process caused by the operation and management of this type project,and proposed the important issues and solutions needing attention during the management of the total design process.
