摘　　要：炼钢厂房作为冶金工业企业的常见建筑结构,是冶金企业重要的基础设施之一,其可靠性直接关系到生产和人员生命安全,通过对多个炼钢厂房进行鉴定评估和改造处理的实际经验,对现状条件下,炼钢厂房的常见结构病态进行了深入剖析,并有针对性地从前期设计、后期维护管理两个方面提出了相应的对策,表明保证炼钢厂房结构的可靠性和耐久性是一个全生命周期的系统工程,可供借鉴和参考。As a common industrial structure of the metallurgical enterprise,the steel main building is one of the important infrastructural facilities in metallurgical enterprises.The reliability of the structure concern the safety of the production and people’s life.According to the appraisal and evaluation of the steel mill buildings of several steel works,the structure damage of the steel buildings has been studied deeply in present situation,and illustrate the countermeasures for the aspect of design and maintenance management,and it is a all-life circle procedure of realizing the reliability and durability for the steel buildings.It is useful and helpful for the managers of the buildings in the steel works.
