摘　　要：工程建设风险是指可能危及计划或工程项目的潜在问题,它存在于工程建设的各个阶段。提高风险管理水平,对提高我国施工企业的综合实力,增强企业在国内和国际工程承包中的竟争力有着非常重要的意义。本文论述了工程项目建设中的风险及评价风险程度的指标—风险因子。系统分析了风险控制的全过程,重点讨论了减小各类风险的途径。Risk includes all the potential problems that may lead losses in the construction project.They exist in about all projects and all stage of the construction.Thus,researches on risk management and bidding decisions in large infrastructure projects are very important,which can enhance the contractors’comprehensive abilities and enhance contractors’competitive capacities in the national and international construction market.This paper discusses the risk and the risk factor which is the index to evaluate the degree of risk in construction project.With systematical analysis of the whole process of risk control,this paper put forward the methods to reduce all kinds of risks of construction project.
