摘　　要：立磨设备安装是较系统的工程项目,国外立磨设备厂家对立磨安装有较高要求,传统的工程项目管理方法还很难确保立磨设备安装的工程管理目标实现。推行WBS、关键链法等先进项目管理办法有助于实现立磨设备安装施工组织管理高效,确保工期目标的实现。其次详细介绍WBS工具和关键链法在立磨设备安装管理中的实际应用经验。The vertical mill installation is a more systematic project.The foreign equipment manufacturer of vertical mill has higher requirements for installation and it is difficult for traditional project management methods to ensure the realization of project management goal.Implementation of the advanced project management,such as WBS and critical chain method,will help to organize efficiently construction of vertical mill equipment installation and ensure the realization of the construction period goal.This article described in detail the practical application experience of WBS tool and critical chain in the project management of vertical mill installation.
