摘 要:在电力规划中,常采用水电站的设计出力来进行电力电量平衡计算。本文通过统计分析湖北境内6座主要水电站的运行数据发现,其枯水期最大出力明显小于预想出力,部分水电站年发电量也未达到设计值。对长序列历史数据进行比较后,本文排除了气候变化的影响,认为单个水电站达到设计出力的条件与电力系统整体运行时的实际条件不匹配是造成差异的主要原因。根据分析讨论,文章建议在电力电量平衡计算中使用水电出力的多年平均值进行计算以提高可靠性。Hydropower output is commonly used to calculate power balance in power planning.This paper studies the recent year's generation data of the six major hydropower stations in Hubei Province, which shows that the maximum output of these hydropower stations is lower than the expected output in dry season,and annual power generation of some hydropower stations is also lower than the design value.Compared with long historical generation data,this paper proposes that the main reason caused this situation is not the climate change,but the difference between the actual operating condition of entire power grid and the design operating condition of a single hydropower station.Finally,it is suggested that uses the average hydropower outputs in the calculation of power balance to improve the reliability.
