摘　　要：按照科学发展观的要求,中国金融应该成为以人为本、全面协调与可持续发展的金融。以人为本是中国金融的核心,全面协调与可持续发展是实现以人为本的中国金融的基本要求。为了贯彻落实科学发展观,中国金融应该在已有发展成果的基础上,不断完善金融经济与实体经济、中国金融内部与外部的全面协调,并进一步完善中国金融的运行机制,以达到预期的经济发展目标。The people-oriented Scientific Outlook on Development is an important guiding ideology for China's economic development as well as for China's sustainable financial development. In accordance with the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development, China's financial system should be people-oriented and take an all-round, balanced and sustainable development path. Being people-oriented is the core of China's finance. To that end, an all-round, balanced and sustainable development is the basic requirement to meet. In order to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, it is essential to build on the existing achievements made in China's finance and constantly facilitate better coordination between the financial economy and the real economy and between the financial sector and other sectors. Moreover, it is crucial to further improve China's financial operation mechanism, for the sake of achieving the projected targets for economic development.
