摘　　要：俄罗斯是原苏联地区最大的转型国家。经过20多年的发展,俄罗斯基本上完成了转型任务,建立起了政治民主化和经济市场化的体制。在俄罗斯实现社会转型的过程中,存在许多问题,民众忍受了巨大痛苦。2000年以来,俄罗斯实现了稳定发展。俄罗斯政府不断根据形势的发展变化调整政策,确定既符合本国国情,也顺应世界发展大势的政策。俄罗斯的发展为中俄进一步合作提供了新机遇,中俄关系已经进入了新的发展阶段。Russia is the biggest transitional country that separates from the Soviet Union. After 20 years of development, Russia has basically completed the task of transformation and established a system of democratic politics and market economy. In the process of Russian social transformation, there have been many problems that cause Russian people to endure great pain. Since 2000, Russia has achieved stable development. The Russian government has continuously adjusted policies according to the changing situations and determined policies that not only suit Russia's conditions but conform to the general trend of world development. Russia's development provides new opportunities for the further cooperation between China and Russia. The Sino-Russian relations have entered a new stage of development.
