双纸片协同法与GNS-NT卡法检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶比较

摘　　要：【目的】比较双纸片协同法与法国生物梅里埃公司VITEKGNS NT药敏分析卡法对肠杆菌科细菌所产超广谱 β 内酰胺酶 (Extended spectrumβ lactamases,ESBLs)检测的实用性。【方法】以头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、头孢三嗪、氨曲南为指示底物的双纸片协同法和GNS NT卡法同时检测临床分离的 2 39株肠杆菌科细菌的ES BLs产生情况。【结果】从 2 39株肠杆菌科细菌中用纸片确证试验检出 5 6株ESBLs阳性 ;用双纸片协同法和GNS NT卡法分别检出 5 0株和 5 4株ESBLs阳性。【结论】GNS NT卡法检测ESBLs结果可靠 ,检测范围广 ,快速准确 。ObjectiveTo compare the practicability of double-disc synergy test and GNS-NT susceptibility card of biomerieux Vitek-32 system for detection of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) produced by enterobacteriariaceae.ESBLs was detected for clinical isolation using GNS-NT susceptibility and the double-disc synergy test which used ceftazidime,cefotaxime,ceftriaxone and aztreonem as indicators.Among 239 strains of enterobacteriaceae,56 ESBLs producing strains were detected by confirmatory test,the result in double-disc synergy test and GNS-NT susceptibility card were 50,54.[Conclusion]GNS-NT susceptibility card was reliable, rapid, accurate and widely used in detecting ESBLs,double-disc synergy test was suitable for routine screening in clinical laboratory.
