对我国药物经济学应用的思考

摘　　要：目的探讨影响我国药物经济学起步晚、发展慢的原因。方法从制度、体制、研究方法及人员短缺等因素入手,结合我国现状进行剖析。结果明确了制约我国药物经济学发展的因素。结论建议我国政府提高政策引领、完善制度保障、健全药物评审评价机制、规范技术支撑和培养研究型人才,使药物经济学在医药领域中发挥应有的作用。Objective It examines the causes of the late-started and slow-developed pharmacoeconomics in China. Methods Start with analysing from the system,institutions, research methods and staff shortages and other factors, combined with China's situation. Results Making it explicit of the factors which has restricted the development of pharmaceutical economics in our country. Conclusion To suggest our country government to improve the guidance of the policy, improve and perfect the guanrantee from institutions, perfect the evaluation mechanism for drugs, standardize technical support,train professional people in reserching field, make medicaments economics play a due role in the field of medicine.
