摘　　要：目的探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏对瘘管性肛周脓肿术后患者创面恢复的促进作用。方法回顾性总结使用美宝湿润烧伤膏与使用紫草油纱条,对104例瘘管性肛周脓肿患者换药,创面的恢复情况。结果使用美宝湿润烧伤膏进行换药的患者,疼痛缓解较早,创面愈合时间平均缩短4.5天。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏对瘘管性肛周脓肿术后创面愈合有促进作用,缩短换药时间,能减轻患者换药痛苦。Objective To explore the Mabel moist burn cream of fistula crissum abscess patient postoperative wound recovery. Methods A retrospective summary to use the moist burn cream and radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil gauze strip, 104 cases of fistula crissum abscess patient treatment and recovery of the wound. Results To use the moist burn cream in treatment of the sick, pain relief, early wound healing time shorten the average 4.5 days.Conclusion Mabel moist burn cream of fistula postoperative wound healing of anus week abscess has promoting effect, shorten the treatment time, the bandage can reduce patient pain.
