通脉养心丸联合复方丹参滴丸治疗无症状缺血性ST-T改变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通过通脉养心丸和复方丹参滴丸联合治疗无症状缺血性ST-T改变的效果。方法选择我科近三年来常规十二导联动态心电图检查发现的无症状缺血性患者120例,随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服通脉养心丸和复方丹参滴丸;对照组仅口服复方丹参滴丸。所有患者于服药30天后复查十二导联动态心电图观察ST-T改变的恢复情况。结果治疗组中ST-T改变恢复51例,恢复率85%;对照组中ST-T改变恢复44例,恢复率73%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通脉养心丸联合复方丹参滴丸治疗无症状缺血性ST-T改变效果优于单纯使用复方丹参滴丸治疗无症状缺血性ST-T改变。Objective To explore the pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pil and compound Danshen dripping pil s combined treatment of asymptomatic ischemic ST-T changes effect. Methods In our department in recent three years, the conventional twelve lead ECG examination showed no symptoms in 120 patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group oral pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pil and compound Danshen dripping pil s; the control group only compound Danshen dripping pil s. Al patients in the medication after 30 days of twelve lead Holter changes observed ST-T recovery. Results In ST-T treatment group, changes in 51 cases, recovery rate of 85%;the control group of ST-T changes in 44 cases, recovery rate was 73%, there was significant difference in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The pulse-invigorating and heart-nourishing pil with Compound Danshen Dripping Pil s in treatment of asymptomatic ischemic ST-T change effect is better than simply using compound Danshen Dripping Pil s in treatment of asymptomatic ischemic ST-T changes.
